2. What GenLive Does

GenLive is an iOS application that allows you to transform your photos into live photos or videos. When you import a photo, it is uploaded to our server for video generation and to provide prompt suggestions to enhance your experience.

3. How We Handle Your Photos

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle your photos with the following practices:

• No User Linking: We do not link uploaded photos to your identity or user account.
• No Photo Storage: We do not keep your original photo data on our servers after processing.
• No Training Use: We do not use your photo data for any training purposes, including machine learning or AI model training.

4. Generated Video Storage

Generated videos are temporarily stored on our servers for up to 72 hours. This temporary storage is necessary because video generation is a long-running process, and you may need to retrieve your videos through our app some time after initiating the generation. After 72 hours, all generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers.

5. Face Data

We do not specifically collect, use, or store face data. While face data may be present in photos you import, we want to clarify our practices:

• We do not extract, analyze, or use face data for any purpose
• We do not use face data for facial recognition, identification, or profiling
• We do not use face data for training AI models or any other machine learning purposes
• We do not use face data for advertising or targeting
• Our third-party video generation providers also do not use face data for training, advertising, or any other purpose

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party video generation providers to create your live photos and videos. These providers:

• Process your photos only for the purpose of generating your requested videos
• Do not use your photo data for training purposes
• Do not use any data, including face data, for advertising or other unrelated purposes
• Follow strict data privacy and security standards

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during transmission and temporary processing. All communications between your device and our servers use secure encryption.
